She has led multi-country programmes, managed grants and partnerships, and supported resource mobilisation across nonprofit and social impact organisations such as Ashoka and the British Council Newton Fund.
As Strategic Operations Lead at Altamira, she supports business strategy, organisational development, and operational effectiveness, helping align people, processes, and priorities to deliver impact.
